However, as digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s rendition of any color or detail will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Commercial Terms: Pricing & Payments

• All monetary transactions are conducted in USD.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notification.
• A standardized flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 is applied to all domestic orders.
• We utilize high-level encryption protocols to process payments through major credit cards and secure third-party gateways. Your financial data is never stored on our local servers.

4. Protocol for Cancellations & Modifications

To maintain our efficient fulfillment cycle, customers are granted a 12-hour window from the moment of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. Please email support@shoprbz.com immediately for such inquiries. Once an order exceeds this 12-hour period, it enters our production/shipping phase and becomes subject to our standard Return Policy.

5. Shipping Logistics & Risk of Loss

All shipping is governed by our dedicated Shipping Policy. While processing typically occurs within 1–4 business days and delivery within 3–7 business days, these are estimates. Shoprbz is not liable for logistics delays resulting from carrier constraints, customs inspections, or unforeseen environmental events.

6. The Shoprbz 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a 60-Day Return Policy for all eligible items. We facilitate this process by providing complimentary pre-paid return labels via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days following a successful quality inspection at our fulfillment center.

7. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shoprbz, its principal Jarice Jacob Luster, or our employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from the use of products procured through the service or any errors found within the Site’s content.
