1. Geographic Shipping Scope

To maintain our commitment to speed and quality control, Shoprbz exclusively serves and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not facilitate international shipping at this time, focusing our resources on providing premier domestic logistics for our US-based clientele.

2. Shipping Logistics & Rates

We offer a simplified, flat-rate pricing structure to ensure there are no surprises at checkout:

3. Processing Protocols & Cut-off Times

• All orders undergo a verification and handling period of 1 to 4 business days.
• Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders submitted after this threshold will commence processing on the subsequent business day.
• Fulfillment operations are conducted Monday through Friday. We do not process shipments on Sundays or observed federal holidays.

4. Modification & Cancellation Policy

We initiate fulfillment rapidly to honor our delivery estimates. You may request an order cancellation within a 12-hour window following your purchase. Please contact support@shoprbz.com immediately with your order credentials. Beyond this 12-hour period, orders are locked for dispatch, and you must utilize our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

5. Shipment Monitoring

Upon handover to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation via email. This will include a unique tracking number allowing you to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to populate the initial tracking data.

6. Address Integrity & Delivery Liability

Shoprbz is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address information provided by the customer. We urge you to verify all shipping details during checkout. If a shipment is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees incurred.

7. Transit Incidents: Damage or Loss
