Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and supported in your purchase; therefore, if your order does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined, transparent, and cost-free return experience.

1. Extended 60-Day Return Window

To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a generous 60-day return policy. From the date of delivery, you have a full 60 days to evaluate your purchase within your home environment and decide if it truly aligns with your needs.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To ensure a successful return and full refund, please verify that:

  • The item remains in its original, pristine condition (unused, unwashed, and free from any user-inflicted damage).
  • The product is secured in its original packaging. We strongly advise retaining all boxes and protective materials until you are certain of your purchase.
  • You possess a valid receipt or verifiable proof of purchase from Shoprbz.

3. Complimentary Returns & Pre-paid Logistics

We believe in a risk-free shopping experience. Shoprbz provides Free Returns for all eligible items. There are no restocking fees, and we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

How to utilize your return label:

  • Upon approval of your return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be dispatched directly to your registered email address.
  • Simply download and print the label.
  • Affix the label securely to the exterior of the original box and drop it off at the designated carrier (UPS or FedEx) as indicated on the label.

4. Order Cancellations (12-Hour Grace Period)

Efficiency is core to our fulfillment. You may cancel your order for a full, immediate refund within 12 hours of placement. Please contact support@shoprbz.com immediately to initiate a cancellation. Beyond this 12-hour window, the order enters our production or shipping cycle, and the standard return process will apply once the item is delivered.

5. Integrity Issues: Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that an item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize your case, offering an immediate replacement or a full refund at no additional expense to you.

6. Refund Resolution & Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will issue a notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, subject to your financial institution’s processing protocols.

7. Exclusions

Please note that gift cards and items designated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Additionally, Shoprbz cannot accept returns for products that have sustained damage due to improper assembly or misuse after delivery.
