Order Cancellation & Modification

At Shoprbz, we prioritize efficiency to ensure your selections are prepared and dispatched without delay. We recognize that plans can change, and we provide a structured window for you to adjust or revoke your order. Please review our procedural guidelines below.

1. The 12-Hour Operational Grace Period

We offer a 12-hour eligibility window from the exact time of purchase for any formal cancellations or modifications. During this critical timeframe, our fulfillment team can intercept the processing and palletizing of your items, allowing for a seamless adjustment before the order is committed to our logistics partners.

2. Procedure for Cancellation

To initiate an official cancellation, please submit a request to support@shoprbz.com within the 12-hour limit. To expedite the process, your correspondence should include:

  • Subject Line: Immediate Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]
  • Required Detail: Your full legal name and the specific items to be cancelled.

Upon verification, you will receive a formal confirmation of the cancellation, and a full reversal of the transaction will be processed to your original payment method immediately.

3. Modification of Order Details

If you require an update to your shipping destination, contact information, or wish to exchange a specific item, please reach out within the 12-hour window. Beyond this point, we cannot guarantee modifications as the cargo may already be in transit with our freight carriers.

Important Note: Any destination changes requested after the 12-hour grace period has expired may be subject to a “Carrier Re-routing Fee.” These additional logistics costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Protocol for Post-Window Requests

If a request is received after the 12-hour window, or if the shipment has already been dispatched:

  • The order is considered finalized and cannot be intercepted.
  • Customers are advised to receive the delivery and subsequently initiate our 60-Day Return Policy.
  • Warning: Please do not refuse the delivery at your doorstep. Unauthorized refusals can lead to lost freight or significant transit delays, which may complicate and delay your refund resolution.

5. Financial Restitution Timelines

For authorized cancellations made within the grace period, Shoprbz triggers the refund immediately. While the action is instantaneous on our end, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement, depending on your bank’s internal processing cycles.
