To initiate a formal infringement investigation, the IP owner or an authorized legal representative must submit a detailed notification. To be legally actionable, your claim must include:

• An official electronic or physical signature of the intellectual property owner or their authorized agent.
• Comprehensive identification of the IP being claimed (e.g., US Copyright/Trademark registration numbers or a verifiable link to the original copyrighted work).
• Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material on Shoprbz, including direct URL(s) of the product pages in question.
• Complete contact credentials, including full legal name, professional mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
• A good-faith statement affirming that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its legal agent, or current legislation.
• A statement of accuracy, made under penalty of perjury, verifying that the information provided in the notice is true and correct.

3. Administrative Protocol

Upon the receipt of a compliant and valid claim, Shoprbz will execute the following actions:

• Conduct a thorough administrative review within 3–5 business days.
• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the contested material if the claim is substantiated.
• Issue a formal notification to the party responsible for the material, detailing the nature of the claim and the action taken.

4. Legal Liability for False Claims

In accordance with United States federal law, any individual who knowingly and materially misrepresents that a product or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal fees and costs.
